Mike Kehoe:
With over 40 years of experience in the Demolition industry Managing Director Mike has almost seen it all. Learning from his father during the 70s & 80s, and taking over the business he then pursued multiple roles at some of the largest Demolition companies in the country acting as MD, before settling into the Consultancy side for C&D.
Alongside overseeing all working operations Mike undertakes a number of Client advisor roles on multi-million pound city center contracts.
Renowned for his expertise in Explosive Demolition, Mike is passionate about driving positive Health & Safety changes in the industry as well as progressing the next generation of Demolition Engineers through the ranks in his role on the IDE Council of Management.
Specialisms: Complex Demolition, Explosive Demolition, Asbestos management.
Matthew Bardgett:
Having joined the company in 2012 Matthew has risen to the very top and become a well-known figure in the industry. Following his master’s degree in Demolition Management, he became a full member of the IDE in 2019 and since has worked on some of the most complex and difficult jobs around.
Specialising in Demolition Engineering and sequencing, Matthew is also head of the company’s pursuit in securing Principal Designer and Risk Management work.
Now undertaking the Director Role, Matthew is keen to see how Artificial Intelligence and other smart software can change the way we work.
Specialisms: Demolition Sequencing, Principal Designer and Risk Management.
Lawrence Kehoe:
After a short stint in the New Build Housing Sector as a Site Manager, Lawrence joined up with the C&D team, becoming the 3rd generation Kehoe in the Demolition industry.
Applying his knowledge of Health and Safety and Site logistics Lawrence has taken on a Project Managers role, assisting clients to see out there projects as safely and efficient as possible.
Enthusiastic about the industry and the years ahead, Lawrence is in the process of completing his master’s studies in Project Management from University and is doing so alongside his role at the company.
Specialisms: Project Management, CDM 2015, Health & Safety Auditing.
Angela Morrison:
Throughout the last 5 years Angelas impact on the day-to-day activities at the company have been crucial. With a background in commercial management, Angela has revolutionized the way C&D has operated through its organic growth recently.
Managing all aspects of office life and logistics, her knowledge and passion of the Demolition industry has developed and now takes an active role in assisting clients and liaising with project stakeholders. In 2023 Angela was instrumental in achieving three ISO standards for the company.
Angela has a passion for ensuring the Mental Health stigma can be broken, whilst also encouraging other females to push for senior roles in the industry.
Specialisms: Client Liaison, Construction Law & Regulations.
